To take in account accuracy in weight, 53 feet (16m) long computerized weighing bridge (steel plate bed type) having 80 metric tons capacity, calibrated frequently has been installed in the factory premises.
Engineered locally, the 90x35 feet long cooling bed allows heavy diameter MS tbars to cool after hot rolling in a straight manner, thus avoiding bending. The bars are then stored in the same straight manner.
As per requirement of cut lengths for various projects, end cutting machines have been installed in the factory premises. This allows dispatch of bars cut to exact lengths as per requirement of the customer.
Quality of the end product is checked and monitored by repeated sampling in working hours. Imported from China, the machine is capable of carrying out:

A fully equipped chemical testing laboratory has been installed in the factory premises to check chemical composition of the most important elements affecting quality of steel.
Apart from yards in the factory premises, a separate plot has been acquired, in which a storage yard of approx. 10,000 sq. ft has been fabricated and facilitated by overhead cranes. MS billets, in addition to MS bars are stacked in a straight or bent manner as per requirement. The finished goods (MS bars) are afterwards loaded by overhead cranes and dispatched as per schedule.
