As a minimum, all processes within the Quality System of HATTAR Steel have been documented, which comply with ISO 9001: 200. The primary and supporting responsibilities for each functional group and department are described in the Management Responsibility Paractice. The responsibility for ensuring compliance lies with the quality representative of the department. Depending on customer requirements, quality plans will also be produced for specific products and projects, detailing the processes, and the monitoring and control activities necessary to assure customer satisfaction. |
